Having built one of the most recognized immigration service firms in the region, Rafa brings deep legal expertise, strategic insight, and a personal understanding of the immigrant experience. His career has been dedicated to making immigration processes clear, accessible, and supportive for those looking to start a new chapter in Costa Rica.
