Initial Call, Case Review and Engagement.
The first stage is to determine the appropriate residency option for you, upon which we proceed to sign the service agreement and receive payment for the corresponding fees.

Preparation of application package and filing.
Once we are engaged, we proceed to prepare the application package and to file it with the Immigration Department for review and approval.

Approval and Registration
Once we receive the approval, we proceed to complete the registration (CAJA and DIMEX) to finalize the process. Any outstanding fees (government and service fees if any) will be due at this time.

- Process service agreement and payment of fees.

During this process, we will prepare the documents required for the residency and will proceed to file the application with the Immigration Department.
Approval and Registration
Upon receiving the approval for the residency, we will complete the registration with the Social Security Agency in Costa Rica (known as CAJA) and to obtain the DIMEX (ID card for foreigners).
